Everyone has a say in how our venues improve
Engagement is core to what we do. LSA undertakes a range of community and stakeholder engagement. This engagement comes in the form of face-to-face workshops, engagement meetings, feedback forms, online surveys and may involve entire community groups through to an individual person.
To successfully operate a community venue, we work with government agencies, local councils, the private sector and local communities. We have a commitment from our Executive Management that requires us to consider the interests of the communities in which we work. This can be challenging at times because to safely run a venue against a range of legislative requirements requires a lot of balancing to try and meet the needs and interests of different communities.
We always attempt to seek the input of all those who have a stake in the outcomes of what we do, to management team to make better decisions that balance the needs of different communities and competing sporting groups.
